These terms apply to bysunup.com and the By Sunup brief, operated by Aras Zirgulis (“we”). By signing up you agree to them.
The brief
By Sunup is a daily news summary delivered by email. The free edition is offered at no charge and may change or end at any time. We work hard to be accurate, but the brief summarizes other organizations’ reporting and may contain errors; we correct them when we find them. Nothing in By Sunup is investment, legal, medical or tax advice.
Membership and billing
- Membership costs $99 per year or $10 per month, plus any sales tax, shown before you pay.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for all orders and handles billing, tax and receipts.
- Membership renews automatically at the end of each term at the price shown when you subscribed, unless you cancel. We will email you before an annual renewal.
- You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid term.
30-day guarantee
If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid membership, write to hello@bysunup.com and we will refund that payment in full.
Personal use
The brief is for your personal use. You’re welcome to print it and share an occasional copy with family or friends; please don’t republish it or resell it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; if a change affects your membership we’ll tell you before it takes effect. Questions: hello@bysunup.com.
